  3. Written proposal

We send the scope of work, deliverables, timeline and cost before you commit to anything.

  4. Execution

We work on your data and contact you when we need a document or a clarification.

  5. Delivery and explanation

We hand over the deliverables and explain the results, the next steps and upcoming deadlines.

Our process in detail

What you can expect from us

A written scope before we start

Before any commitment, you know what we will deliver, when, and at what cost.

Clear explanations

We explain the numbers and your regulatory obligations without confusing jargon.

Work based on Saudi requirements

We base our work on the requirements of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) and the accounting standards endorsed in Saudi Arabia.

Confidentiality of your data

We use your financial data only for the agreed purpose, and we agree with you on a secure way to exchange documents.

Frequently asked questions

Do you serve individuals or only businesses?

We serve businesses, as well as individuals and business owners for the services relevant to them, such as tax advisory.

How is the cost of a service determined?

It depends on the type of service, the size of the business and how ready the records are. After an initial review, we send you a written proposal that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline and cost.

What information should I send when I first contact you?

The service you need, your type of business and its activity, the financial period concerned, and any upcoming statutory deadline. Do not send sensitive documents before we agree on how they will be shared.

Is preparing financial statements the same as an external audit?

No. Preparation means putting the statements together from your records. Giving an independent opinion on them is a different service with its own regulatory requirements. Tell us which party is asking for the statements, and we will explain exactly what you need.

Ready to start?
